While Blizzard's twitter account for support has repeatedly acknowledged players' patience, some players have got fed up of the constant problems, and have started their own hashtag, #RefundD2R.

"Damn folks, the login issues occur on a regular basis," one person tweeted along with the hashtag, an angry user commented, "same day, same time, same channel. This is truly unbelievable. 5 days in this crap."

One player who requested a refund posted a response from Blizzard in which they denied the request. Others on Reddit reported that Blizzard had refused their refund requests because of the length of time they'd put into engaging in games prior to experiencing the outages.
