When lifting with buckets, the following regulations should be observed
            1. Before closing the manhole cover door, do not load or unload buckets or tie tools or materials to the hook;
            2. A strong protective umbrella should be set above the bucket;
        3. The manhole cover door should have an automatic opening and closing device so that the bucket can be opened and closed in time when passing through;
        4. Every device on the derrick that prevents the bucket from being over-rolled, the wire rope hanging the bucket should be equipped with a rope stabilizing device;
        5. The rock slag in the bucket should be 0.1m below the edge of the bucket mouth, and the long objects in the bucket should be firmly tied to the bucket beam;
        6. The key components on the bucket should be inspected once per shift;
        7. There should be no unfixed suspended objects around the wellbore of the bucket running channel;
        8. The bucket should be raised and lowered along the guide wire rope. When Top Hammer Drilling Tools excavates and the guide rope, or there is no guide rope under the hanging pan, the lifting distance should not exceed 40m;
        9. There should be no water and debris in the bucket. The number of people in the bucket should not exceed two. The people who take the bucket should face the outside of the bucket. They should not ride in the car or stand on the edge of the bucket. All parts of the body should not exceed the outer edge of the bucket. The bucket should not take people;
        10. Auto-turning or bottom-opening bucket lifters are not used (except when rescuing the wounded);
        11. When the bucket lifts the personnel to the well head, the personnel can enter and leave the bucket only after the manhole covers of the exit platform are closed and the bucket is stopped;
        12. A good connection signal should be set up between the wellhead, the suspension plate and the working face of the well bottom.
        13. Set up signal workers to take care of the middle section where the fixed protection plate is installed. The signal worker should pay attention to whether the upper and lower parts touch the fixed hanging plate, and stop the bell in time.
        6. During the construction of DTH Drill Pipe, a suspended metal safety ladder should be installed. The electric winch capacity of the safety ladder should not be less than 5t, and a manual winch should be provided to lift the underground personnel in case of a power failure. This kind of performance safety winch suspension safety ladder does not need a manual winch.
        7. Each operation site in the wellbore should be equipped with independent sound and light signal systems and communication devices to reach the wellhead. When tunneling and masonry work in parallel, there should be obvious differences between the signals sent from the suspension plate and the tunneling face, and a special person should be designated to be responsible. There should be a wellhead signaller. The entire signal system should be worked by the wellhead signaller and the hoisting machine room and shaft. Face contact.
        8. Before each shift work, the wind must be well ventilated and the work can only be performed after safety is confirmed.
        9. It is strictly forbidden to look back at the guns, and the handling of blind guns must comply with relevant regulations.
        10. When the wellbore is extended, a strong protection plate or a safety rock pillar should be kept under the underwater nest at the bottom of the well to separate the extended part of the wellbore from the upper middle section of the operation. The extraction of rock pillars or the withdrawal of the protection plate shall be carried out with special construction design and construction shall be approved by the chief mine manager.
