Delivery, packaging, transportation and storage of OEM aluminum die castings

(1) When there is a requirement in the contract or agreement, the supplier shall provide the purchaser with an inspection certificate to show that the sampling, testing and inspection of each batch of die-castings meet the requirements of this standard.

(2) When the qualified die castings are delivered, the inspection certificate must be attached. The certificate of conformity needs to state the name of the die casting product, product number, alloy grade, quantity, delivery status, manufacturer name, inspection mark and delivery time, etc. If there are no special inspection items, the inspection conditions and results shall be indicated on the inspection certificate.

(3) The packaging of die-casting parts must be firm, so as to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the product during transportation and storage. The product name, product number, quantity, date of manufacture and name of the sending and receiving unit should be indicated on the surface of the box or on the label.

(4) The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non-corrosive environment.

(5) The packaging\transportation and storage of die castings shall be negotiated by both parties.
