    唇部乾燥

    起皮的原因是什麼?

    其他部位的角質有二十層細胞那麼厚,而分佈在唇部的角質卻只有五六層細胞。薄薄的嘴唇沒有汗腺和皮脂腺的保護,如果將嘴唇直接暴露在寒冷、乾燥的空氣中,就會出現乾燥、起皮的現象。

    對付干唇的兩種錯誤方式

    ●錯誤1:用舌頭舔

    嘴唇平時很少直接接觸到唾液,對唾液中的多種消化酶等沒有抵抗能力,所以經常舔嘴唇及口周皮膚,會導致局部皮膚出現紅斑、脫屑,乾燥加重,引發或加重唇炎。

    同時,常用舌頭舔嘴唇,就像在乾燥的天氣里勤用水洗手一樣,唾液中的水分蒸發會帶走本來就比較緊張的水分,形成越干越舔、越舔越乾的惡性循環。

    ●錯誤2:撕掉死皮

    當有唇皮翹起時,不要用手去撕,這樣容易導致進一步損傷,並出現疼痛、出血和結痂,可用小剪刀小心剪掉翹皮。

    也可試試先用熱毛巾敷3~5分鐘,然後用柔軟的刷子刷掉唇上的死皮,再塗護唇膏。如果唇部總發乾,則最好不要塗口紅。
