        1.拔牙手術後24小時內，唾液里會有D血絲，呢個系正常現象，無需特別處理。但有D患者對此唔了解，發現唾液里有血絲會唔停地吐口水，越使勁吐越有血。
  
        2.未按醫生要求咬棉卷或紗布。拔牙後醫生會要求患者咬棉卷或紗布30分鍾，呢個系一種壓迫止血嘅方法，可以使拔牙窩內血管斷端形成血凝塊而止血。如果過早地吐出棉卷或紗布。血凝塊仲未形成，則可造成拔牙後出血。
  
        3.拔牙後擦牙、漱口。拔牙後醫生會要求患者24小時內唔擦牙、唔漱口。有些患者可能系拔牙時緊張，未聽明或未記住醫囑，過早嘅擦牙、漱口，導致已經形成嘅血凝塊脫落，則血管斷端會重新開放而致拔牙後出血。
  
        4.創傷較大。復雜牙拔除創傷較大，拔牙窩內滲血較多，周圍牙齦撕裂又未縫合，呢種情況可造成拔牙後出血。

        5.炎性肉芽組織清除唔徹底。拔牙前有慢性感染，炎性肉芽組織較多，拔牙術中因麻醉效果唔好、出血較多等原因未徹底清除炎性肉芽組織，則拔牙術後容易出血。
  
        6.長期服用抗凝葯物嘅，如果術前未停葯，術後容易有拔牙傷口滲血。
