- Conclusion-After writing the main purpose, then write a concluding paragraph in which the last state of the letter should be drafted.
- Bye-Bye Note-At last, write a signing off note, in that you can write as Yours lovingly or faithful to end the letter.
- Sender Name-Last but not least; end your whole letter with the sender’s name at the last of the letter.
