Overview

  • Characteristics of Round Enameled Copper Wire

    1. Appearance
The surface must be smooth, shiny metallic and free of scratches. The surface coating film must not be sticky at room temperature.

    2. Flexibility
The enameled copper wire must be stretched and bent during the pull or lap test. The coating must have no cracks
    Movie.

    3. Persevere
The wires are coated with adhesive, and the coating film has no cracks.

    4. Dielectric breakdown voltage
The dielectric breakdown voltage shall not be lower than the enameled wire voltage standard. Enamel specifications
Wires can refer to Industrial Standards (ISO) or Japanese Industrial Standards
    (JIS C 3202 &. JIS C 3003).

    5. Thermal shock resistance
The enameled wire must immediately resist thermal changes so that the coating film does not break.

    6. Conductor resistance
The conductor resistance of the enameled copper wire shall not exceed the specified maximum resistance. conductor
The resistance does not exceed the maximum value set by the resistance of each wire coating varnish. Please refer to industry
Standards (ISO) or refer to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) standards.

    7. Aging certificate
The wire coating must be able to pass tensile and tensile (elongation) tests without any breakage
    Coating film.

    8. Proof of Softening
Enameled copper wire with a diameter from 0.20 mm. The bare wire must be flexible and not short-circuited.
Please refer to Industrial Standards (ISO) or Japanese Industrial Standards
    (JIS C 3202 and JIS C 3003).

    9. Solvent resistance
The enameled copper wire must be resistant to solvents and will not abrade the coating film. Please refer to industry
Standards (ISO) or refer to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) standards.

    10. Proof of reagents
The enameled copper wire must be resistant to reagents and not abrasion the coating film. Please refer to industry
Standards (ISO) or refer to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) standards.

    11. Insulation and oil resistance
The enameled copper wire must be oil-resistant and insulated, and the coating film must not be worn. Please refer to industry
Standards (ISO) or refer to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) standards.

    12. Solderability
The enameled wire must be coated with solder. This section only applies to certain types of enameled wire.

    13. Pinhole
The porous enameled wire shall not exceed the specified number of pinholes. Please refer to Industrial Standards (ISO) or
Refer to the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003).

Note: Please refer to Industrial Standards (ISO) or Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS C 3202 & JIS C 3003) or IEC standards for the characteristics, requirements and standards of the above-mentioned enameled copper wire
    (IEC 182-1, IEC 182-2 and IEC 317-4B).

The characteristics of Rectangular Enameled Copper Wire can actually refer to the above standards.
