    Not everyone likes working out and exercising, but it can be a lot easier if you find a physical activity you enjoy. There are even exercise-oriented video games out there. But if you like basketball or tennis, then play those sports. If you enjoy running, focus your exercises on running. If you like to ride your bike, then set aside some time to ride your bike every day. Doing whatever form of exercise you enjoy most will help you to get out there and actually do it consistently.
