   What is a knitted polyester wiper?

  Polyester is a synthetic petroleum-based fiber. Monofilament or continuous polyester cleanroom wipes are the cleanest wiping materials available. The monofilament construction ensures that the material is very strong and durable. Naturally, polyesters absorb solvents but not aqueous solutions; surface treatments are often used to improve sorbent performance.

  Polyester Knitted Cleanroom Wipes

  Washed polyester knitted cleanroom wipes are washed with 0.45 micron ultra-filtered water before being dehumidified by HEPA filtration. Packed and sealed under an ISO class 4 laminar flow station, in airtight (air-tight) packaging, ensuring cleanliness and traceability before final inspection. Cleanroom processing and washing ensures low particle shedding, consistent quality and good results in class 3-5 cleanrooms. The wipes also do not shrink or change shape. Compatibility with cleaning solvents such as IPA and autoclave-ready temperature ratings makes it usable in the most critical cleanroom environments.
