    The Process to Integrate Facebook Pixel to Shopify

     

    Before you can create a Facebook pixel, you must create a Facebook ad account. Go to Facebook to create an account. Next, you need to create the Facebook pixel. Facebook Pixel is created and managed in the Facebook Ads Manager dashboard.

     

    Go to the Facebook Ads Manager website. Open the menu and go to the Website Pixels section by clicking Event Manager > Pixels. Go to the Facebook Pixel page, then click on the "Create Pixel" and "Create Facebook Pixel" screens. Give your pixel a name and click Continue. Name it Facebook Pixel. When prompted for the installation instructions window, go ahead and close this window. Now our Facebook Pixel has been created and the next step is to connect it to Shopify.

     

    Connect Facebook Pixel to Shopify

     

    Now that you've created your Facebook pixel, it's time to connect it to your Shopify store. Shopify has made this a very simple process. The first thing you need to do is get a pixel ID. Go to the Facebook Ads Manager website. Open the menu and go to the Website Pixels section by clicking Event Manager > Pixels. Your pixel ID number is a long series of numbers under your pixel name.

    Then you need to enter your pixel ID in the admin section of your Shopify store. Go to the Shopify admin website. Then go to Online Store > Preferences, put your pixel ID in the Facebook Pixel section and click the Save button.

     

    Test That It's Working

     

    At this point, our pixels need to be created and adjusted with Shopify. Now it's time to check if the pixels work. The best way to do this is to install the official Facebook Pixel Helper plugin for Google Chrome.
