(2) There is no need to use kelly, which can save a lot of auxiliary time when lifting the drilling tool, thereby increasing the pure drilling time;
(3) Through hydraulic control, it can realize the hydraulic pressure feeding and decompression drilling of the drilling tool;
(4) The drilling tool can be lifted while rotating, which is convenient to deal with the collapse in the hole and reduces the accident in the hole;
(5) Power head drilling rigs are all long-stroke feed methods, which meet the requirements of high speed for multi-process drilling machinery;
(6) The degree of mechanization is relatively high, reducing labor intensity;
(7) The connection between the components is only connected by pipelines, so hydraulically driven drilling rigs are easy to modify, and different mechanisms can be easily added according to the requirements of use;

2 Disadvantages: Reaming Bit also has the following shortcomings compared with mechanical rotary drilling rigs.
(1) The cost is relatively high: Because the full hydraulic drilling rigs are mostly vehicle-mounted, the drilling rigs must meet the requirements of different drilling processes, and the operation must be convenient and quick, so the equipment is complex and huge. Moreover, because the full hydraulic power head drilling rigs are hydraulically driven, There are many hydraulic components and high requirements on the quality of hydraulic components, which makes the cost of drilling rigs much higher than that of ordinary rotary drilling rigs;
(2) Difficulty in maintenance: Rotary drilling rigs are usually mechanically driven. Generally, mechanical failures are not easy to occur. Even if failures occur, they are easy to repair. For full hydraulic drilling rigs, the hydraulic system often has hundreds of hydraulic pipelines and dozens of hydraulic pipelines. It is composed of two working valve groups. In the use of the drilling rig, sometimes a series of problems that the drilling rig cannot work due to the failure of the hydraulic system will occur. It is necessary to find the source of the problem in hundreds of hydraulic pipelines and dozens of working valve groups. Difficulty in diagnosis and maintenance of equipment problems;
(3) Low trip efficiency: The mast height of the truck mounted water well drilling rig is limited, the trip root is shorter, and the number of trips increases. Compared with the bulk drill tower, the trip efficiency is lower. The continuous increase of the root length, the influence of the length of the standing root on the construction time is gradually obvious.
