Overview

• A Coffee capsule packaging machine has a 1-hour fill time for various capacities. Machines are several stations for various processes. Depending on the type, capacity, and requirements, these stations systems are chosen. For automatic capsule dropping, the first station is typically used. Empty capsules are placed on the machine's magazine, and the machine automatically removes the coffee capsules from the magazine and drops the mould of them. After that, a servo motor from the screen adjusts the weight control for the powder screw system.

   

  Due to the fact that no two coffee volumes are exactly the same, multiple types of coffee can be put into a single capsule, and the servo system also allows for adjustment. Various powder products are possible using a screw system. With this technique, you may load products like coffee, milk powder, chocolate powder, and any kind of flour. The capsule sealing system is crucial because if there is poor quality sealing, there will be issues with the machines. As an option, we can also equip the machine with a super nitrogen gas flushing system, which is suitable for food processes to maintain the quality and freshness for a long time. The working speed of the machine can vary depending on the model.
