Your designer will vary depending on the affiliation you have with your city, whether it be it the North Side Knights, South City Vipers, Western Wildcats, and the Beasts of the East. Carlos, Sasha, Sarah Andrew, Sasha, and Andrew are all associated with a distinct city. Go to the shop for clothing for the city where your player is associated with. Once you've found the items, walk over at the City Runway and show off the best of you. To complete the quest, players only need to wear the outfit for the next match they play in, and the quest will finish.
For Carlos all players will have to buy the headband. This headband costs 1,000VC, therefore it is affordable for anyone who has not exhausted most of their VC purchasing jerseys. Equip the headband and take a trip to the City Runway to get the payment for Carlos and his approval of the outfit.
For Sasha go to the clothes store and purchase the Primarily Logo Hoodie. It's not about the team, so feel free to buy one for any team you'd like to. When you've received the item, head over to City Runway and show it off. Then, you should be given a completed target at this point telling you the outfit was approved for Sasha.
For Sarah to complete the quest, purchase something from the store where her town affiliation is. The players have also shared that they've completed this task by wearing either a Luka jersey or an Adidas compression shirt Be sure to keep this in mind when the clothes in her city are not working. Once you've got the costume, make your way over onto the City Runway to fulfill this part of the quest.
