They briefly spoke of "new motivators for athletes such as the location of teams and demands for salary to be considered when negotiating contracts," and this was substantiated by a report from Madden23Leaks via Twitter. The account pointed out that the particular feature that is returning are the bid interest meters seen in Madden 15 in contract negotiations.
We had the chance to play Madden 23 Franchise Mode during the closed beta, and we're able confirm that the new player motivations feature is a bit like that Madden 15 feature.
