He developed a large chess variation game that featured both modern and old pieces. The game is played on a huge board. Kaczrowski said he could talk about chess all day long as a sign that Aspergers sufferers are able to use to dominate conversations around their personal interests. "I really only made it so I could play it," he said with child-like enthusiasm. "I wanted something to do."
A lot of the aspects of Kaczrowski's personal life became more understandable after his diagnosis. His sensitivity to noise and his overloaded from interactions with people and his reliance on repetition and routine became obvious.
