  • MONTREAL - Montreal Canadiens defenceman P. Air Max 95 Pas Cher Chine .K. Subban will try to impress Steve Yzerman and Hockey Canada one more time tonight as the Habs host the Florida Panthers at the Bell Centre in the final game before Canada announces its Olympic roster on Tuesday. The game can be seen live on TSN Habs and heard on TSN Radio 690 starting at 7:30pm et/4:30pm pt. The 24-year-old is not a lock to make Team Canada and there has been speculation whether hed still be useful if not in the top pairings. Subban won the Norris Trophy last year and has seven goals and 26 assists for 33 points in 43 games this season. The Panthers have already picked up a pair of victories this season over the Canadiens and have won six of the previous nine encounters overall. Florida has won four of its last six in Montreal. Floridas Scott Clemmensen was in net for both victories, while Montreal backup Peter Budaj started the two setbacks. Price may get the start tonight and is 5-4-1 lifetime versus the Panthers with a 1.88 GAA in 10 starts. Tim Thomas, who made 38 saves versus the Predators, may get the call again tonight for the Panthers and it would give him a chance to even his career record versus the Canadiens. Thomas has plenty of experience against Montreal due to his days with the Boston Bruins and is 14-15-4 against the club with a 2.82 goals against average and two shutouts in 35 meetings (33 starts). The Canadiens are 1-0-2 in their past three games and are coming off a 4-3 overtime setback to the Ottawa Senators on Saturday. Subban took a hooking penalty with 19 seconds left in regulation and Ottawa cashed in 58 ticks into the bonus period as Clarke MacArthur whipped a shot inside the near post. Brian Gionta had a goal and Carey Price ended with 30 saves in a loss that featured Danny Brieres best game with the Habs since joining the club this past offseason as a free agent. The 36-year-old had been a healthy scratch for Montreals previous two games, but an upper-body injury to forward Ryan White put Briere back in the lineup and he responded with two goals and an assist. "It was about time for me to help this team. When you have good feelings, something good usually happens," Briere said about his offensive output. Briere notched his first points in 11 games and has seven goals and six assists in 30 contests this season. Panthers rookie, Barkov, is quietly putting together a solid run of his own. The second overall pick of the 2013 draft will try to post the longest point streak by a rookie tonight against Montreal. The 18-year-old Finn has posted a goal and five assists over a five-game point streak that matches Radek Dvoraks club mark for a first-year Panther. Dvorak had six goals and seven points over his run from Nov. 2-9, 1995. Barkov has managed to post three goals and 11 points over his past 11 games, giving him seven goals and 21 points in 42 contests this season. He notched a pair of assists in Saturdays 5-4 shootout win over the Nashville Predators. The big story was the return of Jovanovski, with the 37-year-old suiting up for the first time since March 16 of last season. The former first overall pick of the 1994 draft by Florida had been out since having a hip resurfacing procedure back on March 28. Jovanovski was a plus-3 in Saturdays victory while logging just under 16 minutes of ice time. "It felt good just being with the guys and being able to celebrate a goal," said Jovanovski. "We made it closer than we wanted to but found a way to come out with two points." Nashville nearly spoiled the return by scoring twice in the final 5:08 of regulation, but Tomas Kopecky had the winner in the sixth round of the shootout. Kopecky also scored in regulation and Brad Boyes and Marcel Goc both had a goal and an assist as Florida went 2-2-1 on a five-game homestand. The Panthers play their next three on the road. Forward Scottie Upshall also returned to Floridas lineup after missing three games in a row with an upper-body injury, but defenseman Alex Petrovic left Saturdays win early with an undisclosed injury. Air Max 97 Pas Cher Noir . The Reds will host the Los Angeles Dodgers tonight in the opener of a four-game series at Great American Ball Park, and the debut matchup will feature a pair of pitchers whose recent resumes have included a fair number of bases-clearing hits. Balenciaga Pas Cher Femme . Ben Street scored twice for the Heat (17-5-1), who won their fourth game in a row and 13th in their last 14 outings. Brett Bulmer scored the lone goal for the Wild (6-11-0), who dropped their sixth straight contest. MILWAUKEE -- No confrontations. One hit batter. Two stars on the bench. The Milwaukee Brewers withstood the early exits of outfielders Carlos Gomez and Ryan Braun by pounding out 12 hits against Gerrit Cole and two Pittsburgh Pirates relievers in the teams first meeting since a benches-clearing brawl last month. Jonathan Lucroy hit a bases-loaded, two-run single and Marco Estrada had eight strikeouts through six choppy innings in the Brewers 5-2 win Tuesday night. "The other guys are getting on base," manager Ron Roenicke said. "When everybodys contributing it means were getting a lot of people on base through the lineup." Gomez scored the second run on Lucroys single in the third after getting hit by a changeup from Cole (3-3). No heated exchange of words on Tuesday, unlike April 20 when Cole and Gomez got into it on a play at third in Pittsburgh. Gomez and both managers had signalled they were over the ill will left over from a brawl that led to suspensions. Gomez even smiled at first after getting hit by the off-speed pitch in the third, and he scored three batters later on Lucroys bases-loaded single. Cole said he hasnt spoken with Gomez since the brawl, but that they did exchange nods before Gomezs first at-bat. "I think pretty much everybodys on the same page about this. I think weve all moved on," Cole said. Gomez left after the fifth with a tight back that began bothering him Monday. Braun was activated from the disabled list earlier Tuesday, and his departure after the sixth was planned as he gets acclimated in his return from a right oblique injury. Earlier Tuesday, third baseman Aramis Ramirez was placed on the disabled list with a pulled left hamstring. All those players down and the Brewers still scratched out five runs and the dozen hits throughout the lineup. Five came from reserves, including two apiece from the guys who replaced Braun and Gomez -- Khris Davis and the newly called-up Elian Herrera. "Everybodys contributing ... Its important to have that depth on the bench and have guys step up and get it going," Lucroy said. Neil Walker hit a solo homer that landed on the concourse beyond left-centre in the first to extend his hitting streak to five for Pittsburgh. Fausse Basket Nike. . It was one of six hits allowed by Estrada, who looked like he was having trouble much off the night locating his off-speed stuff. He needed 112 pitches to get through his outing, though Roenicke liked how Estrada missed low instead of instead down the middle when getting into trouble. "Threw some great pitches but just couldnt get it locked in where he could just go through an easy inning," Roenicke said. "He did a great job of making the pitches when he needed to and finished up with a real nice ballgame. Jean Segura added two hits, the second after a shot up the middle deflected off the mound and squirted in between first and second to allow Lucroy to score from second for a four-run lead in the seventh. Francisco Rodriguez tossed a hitless ninth for his 16th save, bouncing back from his first blown save on Sunday. Pitching has played a crucial role with Milwaukee racing out to a 25-14 mark and the NL Central lead -- all while enduring injuries to key hitters. Braun finished 0 for 2 with a walk, striking out swinging in the fifth with runners on second and third. Cole allowed seven hits, three walks and three runs in 5 2-3 innings. The right-hander with a fastball that reached 100 mph struck out six. "He had to do some yard work tonight in a couple of those innings with men on base and he showed up well," Hurdle said about his developing young hurler. Notes: The Brewers challenged an out call on Lyle Overbays grounder that deflected off the mound with one out and a runner on in the seventh. The call stood after a review of roughly 3 1/2 minutes. ...... Gomez and Pirates OF Travis Snider, who exchanged shoves during last months brawl, ran into each other at a Milwaukee steakhouse during an off day Monday. "We shook hands, he gave me a hug and everything is cool. ... No hard feelings," Gomez said before the game. ... Pittsburgh sends Francisco Liriano (0-3) to the mound Wednesday against Milwaukees Wily Peralta (4-2). ' ' '
