All parts of the Seed Plantermust be cleaned of dirt. Remove the seeds and fertilizer from the fertilizer box. In particular, the fertilizer box should be washed and dried with clear water, and then anti-corrosion paint (except plastic box) should be applied to the box. 2. Check the seed planter for damaged and worn parts, which can be replaced or repaired if necessary. If there is any paint removed, repaint it. 3. After the new seed planter is used, if disc opener is selected, the opener shall be removed, the outer cone, disc hub and linoleum shall be washed with diesel oil or gasoline, coated with butter, and then installed. If there is deformation, it should be leveled. If the gap between the gathering points of the disc is too large, the adjustment can be made by reducing the adjusting shim between the inner and outer cones. 4. Clean up the soil working parts (such as furrow opener and furrow builder) and coat them with butter or waste engine oil to avoid rusting. 5. The seed planter shall be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse or shed to avoid open storage. During storage, the rack shall be firmly supported, and the furrow opener and earth covering device shall be padded with plates, and shall not be in direct contact with the ground. 6. Rubber or plastic seed delivery pipes and fertilizer delivery pipes on the seed planter shall be removed, cleaned and bundled, and put into boxes or shelves for safekeeping. Sand or hay can be filled into the pipe to avoid extrusion and folding deformation. 7. The pressure spring on the opener should be relaxed and kept in a free state. 8. After long-term storage, the seed planter shall be maintained and overhauled in advance before sowing in the next season to keep the machine in good technical condition.
