How to use the planter may not be worth mentioning to many farm machinery friends, but many details have not been noticed, resulting in low efficiency, frequent failures and even damage to the planter.  For the safety of your agricultural machinery products, please make sure that you use the planter correctly.

First, we need to do some preparatory work before using the Seeding Machine.
1. Clean up the sundries in the sowing box and the grass and soil on the furrow opener to ensure good condition. Fill lubricating oil in the transmission and rotation parts of the tractor and planter according to the requirements of the manual, especially pay attention to the lubrication and tension of the transmission chain and the fastening of bolts on the planter.  　　
2. After the seeder is connected with the tractor, it shall not tilt, and the frame shall be horizontal before and after working.  　　
3, according to the provisions of the operating instructions and agronomic requirements, the sowing amount, furrow opener row spacing.  The depth of the trenching, earth covering and pressing wheel is properly adjusted.  　　
4. Select good seeds that are free of small, blighted and impurities, and add them into the seed box. The amount of seed added shall be at least added to cover the entrance of the seed box to ensure smooth seeding.  　　
Two, the use of seeder, not hurriedly operation, should first try sowing, and then further improve the sowing operation.  　　
Try sowing for 20m, observe the working condition of the seeder, invite agricultural machinery personnel, farmers and others to conduct inspection and consultation, and then conduct large-scale sowing after confirming that it meets the local agronomic requirements.  　　
Three, the third part is sowing, after the above steps, sowing began.  　　　
1. The operator shall choose the route of operation and ensure the convenience of seeding and mechanical entry and exit. Attention shall be paid to the uniform straight line during seeding. It is not allowed to stop at any time, so as to avoid replay and missed seeding.  In order to prevent the furrow opener from being blocked, the seeder should be lifted when lifting, reversing or turning.  　　
2, first of all, cross the field, in order to avoid the field rolling hard.  　　
3. During sowing, the working conditions of the seed metering device, ditching device, covering device and transmission mechanism are often observed, such as blockage, clay, grass wrapping and loose covering of seeds, which shall be eliminated in time.  Adjustment, repair, lubrication or cleaning of grass must be carried out after parking.  　
4, seeder work, it is forbidden to reverse or sharp turn, seeder lifting or landing should be carried out slowly, so as not to damage the parts.  　　
5. During operation, the seeds in the seed box shall not be less than 1/5 of the volume of the seed box.  　　
6. When transporting or transferring plots, seeds shall not be loaded in the seed box, and no other heavy objects shall be loaded under pressure.  　　

If you want to increase the percentage of crops, you must pay attention to the details when you use the seeder. Only in this way can the seeds develop better.
