Zach Werenski Jersey . Then again, they always seem due when they play the Pittsburgh Pirates. Marco Estrada allowed three hits over seven innings and the Brewers ran wild over the Pirates in a 5-1 victory on Monday to snap a four-game losing streak. Milwaukee began the night just 1-9 in May but stole a season-high six bases against Pittsburgh backup catcher Mike McKenry and took advantage of three Pirate errors. "We needed to get back on the right track," manager Ron Roenicke said. "We got a couple breaks, a couple choppers, that went our way. So that was nice to see, but we played a good game." Norichika Aoki went 3 for 5 with three RBIs and two stolen bases for the Brewers. Jean Segura added three hits and three stolen bases as Milwaukee at will against A.J. Burnett (3-4) and McKenry, filling in while starter Russell Martin deals with a neck problem. "I did what I could, Mike did what he could," Burnett said. "Its not for not trying. Theyre going to run on everything and when you have speed most of the time its going to play in your favour. Its my fault for not keeping them off the bases." Burnett allowed four runs in seven innings and pushed his National League-leading strikeout total to 72, but Pittsburgh couldnt extend its winning streak to a season-high four games as the Brewers used their speed to take advantage of several rallies in which the ball barely got out of the infield. "Sometimes youd rather have them hit balls 800 feet," Burnett said. Estrada (3-2) bounced back from a rough start against St. Louis by striking out five and issuing just one walk to improve to 4-0 in his career against Pittsburgh. Roenicke pushed back Estradas next start to give him some time to work on some things. It paid off with his best performance of the season. "You get more days to work on stuff and I think mentally it helps because you forget about whatever," Estrada said. The Brewers needed to find ways to generate offence while playing without star Ryan Braun, given the night off as a precaution after a neck issue that bothered him earlier this season against Los Angeles flared up. Aoki and Segura more than picked up the slack, taking the extra base whenever the opportunity presented itself. "Its the same as every night, we just try to stay aggressive on the basepaths and if you can go for the next base, we go for it," Aoki said. "That just showed tonight." While McKenry can be a sparkplug at times offensively, his defence remains an issue. He allowed the New York Mets to steal four bases on Sunday, and things only got worse at the start of a 10-game homestand -- all against sub-.500 teams -- the Pirates hope will allow them to make inroads on streaking St. Louis in the NL Central. The trouble started early. Aoki doubled to lead off the game and Segura reached on an infield hit. Segura promptly dashed to second even though McKenry called a pitchout. Aoki scored when Carlos Gomezs chopper to the mound skipped of Burnetts glove and rolled away. Burnett escaped the first by allowing just the one run, but Aoki and Segura struck again in the fifth. Logan Schafer led off with a double and moved to third on Estradas sacrifice bunt. Aoki followed with a double then swiped third and scored on a swinging bunt by Segura. The Pirates, meanwhile, could manage nothing against Estrada, who gave Milwaukees beleaguered pitching staff a much-needed quality start. The Brewers have the worst ERA (4.70) in the NL, a number that took a serious uptick when Estrada was shelled in his previous start, giving up eight runs in 3 1-3 innings against the Cardinals. There were no such issues against the Pirates. Estrada improved to 4-0 against Pittsburgh. The Pirates touched him for a run in the seventh on Pedro Alvarezs RBI-groundout but by then he was staked to a 4-1 lead thanks to a bumbling sequence in Burnetts final inning of work. Schafer hit a dribbled to first to lead off the seventh but reached when Gaby Sanchez couldnt collect the ball and step on the bag. Schafer then moved to second when Burnett threw wildly to first trying to keep Schafer near the bag. One batter later Aoki dribbled a grounder that Burnett mishandled for his second error of the inning. Schafer scored and Milwaukee was firmly in control. "Tonight it was a storm we didnt have answers for out there," Pittsburgh manager Clint Hurdle said. "This has not been the norm, this has been abnormal for us. Im going to go, take a shower, head to the house and get ready to play tomorrow." NOTES: Milwaukee 2B Rickie Weeks did not start for the first time this season. Manager Ron Roenicke felt Weeks could use the rest. Weeks entered the game in the ninth as a pinch hitter and struck out to drop his average to .181. ... The series continues Tuesday. Kyle Lohse (1-4, 3.53 ERA) starts for the Brewers against Pittsburghs Jeff Locke (3-1, 2.95) ... Pirates closer Jason Grilli left the ballpark for a few hours Monday afternoon due to a personal issue but the NL leader in saves returned by the middle of the game ... Pittsburgh 2B Neil Walker went 0 for 4 in his return from the 15-day disabled list with a hand injury.
Pierre-Luc Dubois Jersey . William Carrier opened the scoring for Cape Breton (6-4-2), but Andrew Ryan tied the game and Brent Andrews put the Mooseheads (8-6-0) in front for good with a short-handed goal at 13:49 of the second period.
Cam Atkinson Jersey . 31, the CFL club announced Monday. The team also has yet to decide on the future of Doug Berry, who began the season as a consultant to the head coach but took over the offensive co-ordinators duties in July.

In the response filed Wednesday to the complaint by 30-year-old Alexander Bradley, attorneys say the former University of Florida player is invoking his Fifth Amendment right that protects people from incriminating themselves. MIAMI -- A day after fans said goodbye, family members and friends of Miami Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez said their last formal farewell at a private funeral Mass on Thursday at St. Brendan Catholic Church in Miami.Fernandez, 24, and two friends were killed in a boat crash off South Beach early Sunday.I think the most important thing is that he brought this community together around our game in a way that we havent seen with an individual player in a very long time,?MLB commissioner Rob Manfred told ESPNs Pedro Gomez outside the Mass.Obviously, this is a tremendous loss for Joses family, for the Marlins organization, but really for all of baseball. He was that important to the game. He had an infectious way about him ... the way he played the game on the field, and I think people found that enthusiasm to be just really appealing.About 300 mourners attended Thursdays afternoon service, including Manfred, busloads of current and former Marlins players, Marlins executives Tony Perez and Andre Dawson and former Marlins manager Jack McKeon.?We werent supposed to be here today, Marlins owner Jeffrey Loria said. Its very difficult to understand this, the Rev. Jose Alvarez said. Why so young -- someone with such bright promise? The bilingual service lasted more than two hours, and much of the time was spent celebrating Fernandezs dynamic personality, rather than his exploits as the Marlins precocious ace.The bulletin for the Mass included three photos of Fernandez, and each captured his familiar grin. His magnetic smile could light up a ballpark, Loria said. He set the standard for making baseball fun.Pallbearers wore black Fernandez jerseys as they carried his casket, while Marlins manager Don Mattingly and third baseman Martin Prado read Scripture. The team has grieved in public and offered moving tributes to Fernandez while finishing out the final six games of the season, which ends Sunday.During the passing of the peace, players lined up to hug and console Fernandezs mother and grandmother, seated in the front row. He also left behind a girlfriend, who is pregnant with their child. He was a young man who was larger than life -- a good, kind-hearted, loving young man who loved life, who loved people, Alvarez said in his homily. He was a guy of enormous dimensions. Jose was too good for this league. Hes going to a higher league.Alvarez said Fernandez is already at work in heaven, noting the improbable homer hit by 170-pound Dee Gordon leading off the first inning of the Marlins emotional first game after the boat crash.A skinny little guy like that is not supposed to hit the ball that far, Alvarez said. Jose is busy, I guarantee you. Jose is still pitching. ... Jose, well never forget you. We ask that you never forget us.Fernandez and his mother defected from Cuba by boat oon his fourth try when he was 15.
Artemi Panarin Jersey. He broke into the majors with Miami in 2013 and quickly became a local celebrity, thanks to his rare combination of charisma and talent, along with a backstory that resonated in South Floridas Cuban community.Fernandez was the 2013 NL Rookie of the Year and a two-time All-Star, but his proudest moment came when he bought his mother a house, said his agent, Scott Boras. He was crying, said Boras, crying himself. He said, Can you believe it?! I bought my mother a home in the United States!Boras also recalled a conversation with Fernandez after he had reconstructive elbow surgery, which sidelined him for 14 months in 2014-15.His first words in the recovery room to me were, You wait. Im going to be the best there is, Boras recalled. The hard-throwing right-hander went 38-17 in 76 starts over four major league seasons, but glittering statistics werent the reason Loria said Fernandez will never be replaced or forgotten.I prefer not to think of this tragedy as the end of his life, Loria said, but rather as the beginning of the legend. After the service, Marlins players were set to fly to Washington, D.C., to play the Nationals in their final series of the 2016 season. On Wednesday, Loria, Mattingly, hitting coach Barry Bonds and players including Ozuna?and Giancarlo Stanton wore white T-shirts emblazoned with Fernandezs image and the letters RIP as they slowly walked the hearse away from Marlins Park in Miamis Little Havana neighborhood. Many in the crowd of about 1,000 chanted Jose! Jose! and some waved Cuban flags in honor of Fernandezs heritage.Hundreds of fans streamed into St. Brendans Catholic Church later Wednesday for a public viewing, which was scheduled to last into the night. Many said they felt compelled to come, not only because of Fernandezs popularity as a player, but also because he was a hero to many in the Cuban-American community.Inside the church, mourners filed past a closed casket framed by flower arrangements in the shapes of the U.S. and Cuban flags, with a large family photo of Fernandez off to one side. Many touched the casket lightly and crossed themselves. The cause of the crash is being investigated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. In addition to Fernandez, Emilio Jesus Macias, 27, and Eduardo Rivero, 25, also died in the crash. On Thursday, officials in Tampa said that a jersey worn by Fernandez in high school was missing after a candlelight vigil at his former high school. Officials at Alonso High School filed a police report, and authorities are asking whoever took the jersey to return it.Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.
