I'm planning a trip and will be flying into Gatwick Airport. I’m trying to figure out the best taxi service to use for a smooth, reliable ride to my hotel. Has anyone used a good company recently?

I’ve heard positive things about jewelcars.co.uk and their punctuality, but I’m curious about the overall experience. Do they offer competitive rates? What was your experience with their customer service?
