Cenforce Soft acts primarily in the body by targeting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which is found in high amounts in the penile tissue. Cenforce Soft  medication contains sildenafil citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis. When a man is sexually stimulated, nitric oxide is released in the corpus cavernosum (erectile tissue), which increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. cGMP relaxes smooth muscles and enhances blood flow to the penis, leading to an erection. By inhibiting PDE5, Cenforce Soft prevents the breakdown of cGMP, thereby sustaining erection quality. It does not induce arousal on its own.
