The polyurethane enamel type has a heat capacity of 120°C, 130°C, and 155°C. C has a diameter ranging from 0.08 mm to 1.00 mm and can be used in transformers, meters, electronics, and communication equipment.
Polyester enameled wire type-this type of enameled wire coded as PEW has a heat capacity of 155°C. The diameter range is 0.08mm to 1.6mm. Polyester enameled wire can be used in household motors and household appliances.
Polyesterimide-Polyesterimide enameled wire (EIW), with a heat capacity of 180°C and a diameter range of 0.1mm to 1mm. This enameled wire is used in high-power motors.
The code for polyamideimide-polyamide-mide enameled wire is AIW. The heat capacity is 220°C, and the diameter ranges from 0.1mm to 1.6mm. The enameled wire is used for small motors and transformers.
Due to the inherent differences in conductor materials, the mechanical, electrical, and chemical properties of aluminum magnet wires are different from those of copper magnet wires. These differences are reflected in certain test procedures and/or performance requirements of aluminum magnet wires, such as elongation, adhesion and flexibility, thermal shock, scratch resistance, continuity, and heat resistance.
The film coating and fiber covered wire of the large Round Enameled Aluminum Wire should have yield strength of not less than 9000 PSI.
