Ladies and gentlemen, Has anyone tried to build your own food truck or ordered a custom build? I'm thinking of doing everything for myself: layout, equipment, design - but I don't want to go into it without support. I'm interested in how realistic it is and what companies are better to work with to get a ready to work food truck without headaches. I would be grateful for advice and recommendations!
