How to find a minivan transfer in France?

  • Have you ever had to carry a stroller and suitcases up the stairs at a Paris metro station? We have and never want to again! On our last trip, we booked a minivan with a driver. I booked it online through the GetTransfer website https://gettransfer.com/en/directions/france . We had a Mercedes Vito. It cost €420 per day, and it was the best decision I made! The car cost €44 per hour. Not only did the driver drive us along beautiful roads—over the Loire, by the way, where the view was simply magical—but he also took us to the pharmacy when our baby had a stomachache. So, I definitely recommend booking your transfer in advance! This post was edited by Tyler Griffin at October 11, 2025 12:59 PM MDT

  • Hey guys! My whole family is flying to Paris in December, and then we're planning to drive to several other cities. The problem is that there are six of us, plus luggage and a stroller. Traveling by train or bus would be hellish, inconvenient, and time-consuming. Has anyone booked a minivan with a driver in France before?
