I'm testing out a new setup on my Ooma telo, which is connected to my Linksys WRT54G2 router via ethernet cable. The red mark continues to flash, and the numbers 1 and 2 are blue (now only the 2 is blue). Customer service claims it's either a firewall on my Arris cable modem (which I rent from the cable company because I have phone and internet service from them) or that UDP ports 53,123,514,1194,3386,3480,10000-20000 and TCP 53, 443 need to be opened. My Internet provider claims that the problem is not with their modem. So, should I try to alter my wireless router's settings? I'm not sure how you do it. But when I check out here Linksys support number they solve my all issues.
