Finally, an issue sometimes comes up when you've written a long email, but didn't have the patience to draft a strong, and powerful sentence. As a solution to this issue, don't compose a large email with all your important sentences highlighted. Instead, write four or five strong sentences and save them as an email signature. This way, when you send out a new message, everyone will receive the same email signature instead of seeing a long, spindly sentence that doesn't make sense.
