What dessert do you most look forward to during the holidays?

I spend a day making a Eastern European apricot filled cookie popular in our area. It’s like a pastry more than a cookie. So light and flaky! I also love a pumpkin pie recipe I found online called “ silky smooth pumpkin pie”. I haven’t gotten to it yet but is going to happen. I gotta have it at least once a year!
