How do I buy first class on Delta?

Customers can go to My Trips and look for the First Class banner at the top of your trip or call Reservations to buy Delta Comfort +, First Class, or Delta One as an add-on. Are All Tickets Eligible For Post-Purchase delta upgrade to first class?
