Is Nick Chubb Keon Broxton Jersey playing in Week 10?

UPDATE:Chubb has been officially ruled OUT for Sunday's game against New England.

Because Chubb , he'll need turn in two negative COVID tests 24 hours apart ahead of Sunday in order to play in Week 10. As we are five days away from Sunday, there's plenty of time Yasmani Grandal Jersey , but we can't speculate on whether he'll be available just yet (though we're optimistic). For now, pencil him into your lineups, but have a worthwhile backup ready to go. Chances are, we'll know Chubb's status well before kickoff, so this shouldn't come down to the wire on Sunday.

What we can do is figure out how his absence would affect other players if he can't play. Demetric Felton has also been placed on the reserve/COVID list, so this sets up to be another healthy dose of D'Ernest Johnson if both are out. However, we can't expect him to smash like he did Corey Knebel Jersey last time against Denver when he took on a workhorse role.

New England is just an average defense against fantasy RBs, but they haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher all season, and just two running backs have scored a rushing touchdown against them. Instead, running Travis Shaw Jersey back succe s has often been found through the air, and we're not confident Johnson is guaranteed adequate volume in the pa sing game to take advantage of that. Even Chubb could have a tough time in this matchup. Much like Derrick Henry, he's a throwback RB who does little in the pa sing game.

All that said, given the scarcity of the position, you may have to start Johnson if Chubb is out, but the bust potential is high. You still have time to add a running back Aaron Rodgers Jersey in waivers if you need a backup plan for Chubb or don't trust Johnson. We have a few options listed in our .

If Chubb is in, he's a fringe RB1 in standard and mid-tier RB2 in PPR. Johnson figures to be a low-end RB2 if he gets the start based on volume alone.
