2. For completing a work on time we have to divide it into smaller parts. A specific span of time should be allotted for each part. We must try to complete the work within that time itself. We should not allow any other things that distract our focus.
3. Take breaks. Continuous working will affect our work. Our brain will get drained out from the stress that comes from continuous working. Taking small breaks will help to refresh our mind and body. Thus we can return to our work with full energy and stay more focused.
4. Drinks like coffee and tea is very good to keep us energetic. Having a cup of tea when we feel extremely tired will help us to bring back our focus and work with full attention.
5. Our work environment play an important role in keeping us focused. We must have a clean and tidy work environment. A table filled with mess will distract our focus.
