Materials involved: iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, etc.
The measurement points are selected according to the force-receiving part of the part or according to the typical area or important area of the stress distribution. Table 1 specifies the stress measurement points for several common parts. Other parts determine the measurement points according to the specific conditions of the parts or the drawings.
Second, the introduction of measurement methods
The X-ray orientation analyzer implements the "GB/T 7704-2008 Non-destructive Testing, Residual Stress Measurement Method" standard.
Conventional measurements use the same dip method and roll method. For the measurement of the coarse-grained material and the preferred orientation material, the ψ rocking method and the Ф rocking method are employed.
The same tilting method: a measuring method in which the direction plane coincides with the scanning plane.
Roll method: A method of measuring the direction plane perpendicular to the scanning plane. The roll method is characterized by a measurement direction perpendicular to the scanning plane.
Measuring direction: The direction of the corner swing is the direction of stress measurement.
