(And, the a personal guess, but I feel that the"free stuff" for the first year are just features that should happen to be in the base game but have been stretched out because of a lack of development time).
  
  Agreed. I performed TThe Division 2 and liked it, but didn't like how the original stats systems performed. Didn't enjoy that guns was a stat, and that authoritative wasn't felt by electronics. I am thankful that they removed the guns stat, making that a skill based element of the game, while focusing on health, amror and electronic...  أقل
