Smithing. An obvious one to get increased

I'm on my journey to get an Magic Skillcape (untrimmed) and would RS gold appreciate a suggested outfit. The ideal is an outfit that is less than 2M, but you can suggest any other - it'll be added to my list of things to buy. You don't have a jacket however it's an excellent accessory to your outfit. Guys, I want to thank you very much.

Feel free to offer quest item suggestions. You don't need stuff such as Mobilising Armies Reward :grindteeth. I am not a fan of that Minigame. I have 80 Defence and 81 Attack, as well as 70 Prayer, 88 Strength, 77 Ranged, 77 Ranged, and 77 Ranging. I'm currently P2P. I'm planning to keep it for as long as I am able to.

The skills shouldn't be raised to 120. It's just speculation. Jagex stated they believe that Dungeoneering will be raised to 120 because it couldn't fit into 99 levels and that they don't plan to raise the cap for other skills. Naturally, everyone is speculating about when other skills might get elevated to 120. Although initially opposed to the idea, I realized that many skills are becoming easier and easier to train, which may be part of the rationale to raise other skills to 120. Below I discuss skills that may or might not be increased.

Smithing. An obvious one to get increased, due to Dragon. Jagex claims that Dragon Ore could be released. In the Q&A in which they were asked questions about it, they didn't provide a definitive answer, but they did mention that the protectors of the ore may not be pleased. While this could be a reference to Dragonkin, I'm straying away from the topic. Dragon material is extremely rare at the moment. What is the reason for this? It's not because it's weak. I wear Rune and would love full Dragon, even though I could still wear Barrows.

Aside of certain weapons and boots, it is rarely used in the cheap RuneScape gold game due to the length of time it took Jagex to make it available to all players (and did they release it all? Barrows and Bandos are now equipped with better armor. Making Dragon smithable would increase its amount, decreasing its cost and making it more widely available.
