Jimmy Garoppolo injury update 49ers QB sidelined indefinitel

    49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is, once again, out for San Francisco.

    San Francisco's signal caller has battled an ankle injury since suffering Andrey Pedan Jersey an ankle sprain in Week 2 vs. the Jets, and according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, has re-injured the ankle and will be "sidelined indefinitely" to let the injury heal.     Garoppolo appeared to re-injure the ankle afterbeing sacked in the third quarter of Sunday's divisional matchup vs. the Seahawks.

    The 49ers initially listed Garoppolo's return as "questionable."

    Garoppolo was replaced by on-again-off-again starter and backup Nick Mullens for the fourth quarter of San Fran's divisional matchup vs. the Seahawks. Mitch Reinke Jersey Seattle entered the last quarter up 30-7 on the 49ers.
