Fan Controlled Football is back for a second season, and in 2022, it's even bigger than it was in its first season.
Fans of the upstart football league will now have eight different teams to follow in its second season, instead of four. The Beasts, Glacier Boyz and Zappers are back, as well as Shoulda Been Stars, which is replacing 2021 champion Wild Aces. Those four teams will now be joined by Knights of Degan, Bored Ape FC, 8oki and Kingpins.

In its first season, Fan Controlled Football could only be viewed on Twitch. Now, there are going to be more options to watch the league's action.

NBCLX is not the only change for the FCF. DAZN also signed a deal with Fan Controlled Football to carry a live stream of each of the games in 2022.
With the games being on NBCLX, fans can also find FCF action on Peacock, the NBC Sports app or on .
In addition, FCF will have streams of its games on Twitchand on the FCF app.

Have you ever watched college football or the NFL and thought about what it would be like to call the plays? That's what Fan Controlled Football offers.
Fans watching the game on Twitch or on the FCF app can call for the offense to run either a run a pa s play, then pick out a specific play. Everyone watching the game can pick one of the options, and the one with the most votes will be the play the team runs.
There's a system that rewards fans for calling good plays. Viewers will earn points that contribute to their FanIQ when the play they selected is a good one, and it can improve the voting influence they have in the game and can allow their votes to be weighed more.
The game itself is 7-on-7 played on a 50-yard field with 20-minute halves and a running clock that stops
Keith Yandle Jersey only when points are scored or at the one-minute warning. Following the warning, the clock stops for incompletions and first downs. There are no punts, kickoffs or field-goal posts. Teams try to score touchdowns after starting at the 10-yard line. Extra points take place when fans vote on a wide receiver vs. cornerback matchup, and the team then has three seconds for the quarterback to hit the receiver from either five yards out (one point) or 10 yards out (two points) in a one-on-one matchup.
Each week, the teams are drafted new except for two franchise players that are picked by the team owners and one keeper that fans vote on after the first game. Each Wednesday, the draft takes place and teams shift around.
