First of all, You need to check the sound settings. make sure that the sound is not muted and everything is working perfectly fine at the backend.
Now go to the sound settings, here you need to choose the default output device from the playback settings. once you will choose them, you need to go to the properties, here you need to enhance the volume label.
sometimes, Asus laptop have no sound because of the audio driver or sound settings issue. so you need to uninstall the sound driver from your computer. now install a new driver on your computer.
