The "https://mavenprofserv.com/india/" Indian Medical Devices Rules were announced in April 2017. They aim to ensure that medical devices sold in India meet safety standards and are safe for use.
What does it mean for medical device companies?
The new rules require manufacturers to register with the https://mavenprofserv.com/india/" Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) before manufacturing any product. This includes products used in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, research institutions, and others. Manufacturers must also obtain an import license from CDSCO before importing any product into India.
