The festival was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Yaroslavl Region, the Mayor's Office of Yaroslavl, the Rostec State Corporation and personally Sergey Chemezov, Director General of the Rostec State Corporation, co-chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Nationwide Program Within the Family.
