In the medium and large crate mould, in order to save materials and facilitate processing and heat treatment, the crate mould should be designed with a mosaic structure.
In order to solve the error caused by the uneven shrinkage of the molded part and the inconsistency between the predetermined shrinkage and the actual shrinkage, one third of the tolerance of the product is generally selected in the manufacture of the crate mould, as the manufacturing tolerance of the mould, the purpose of which is to give the molding process in the future.
