About Me
At the Vienna airport, as soon as I realized I had misplaced my cell phone while flying with Turkish Airlines, I took action. I went to the <a href="https://airlinesbee.com/offices/turkish-airlines-vienna-office-in-austria/">Turkish Airlines Office in Vienna</a> and reported the misplaced phone. The office personnel provided guidance and help throughout the complaint procedure, as well as comfort during a stressful time. They were attentive and supportive. I was really grateful for their excellent and timely help, and I had hope that they would try to find my misplaced phone.
