  Every university wants to appear in the list of HEC recognized...أكثر منEvery university wants to appear in the list of HEC recognized University but their standard according to me is not of any level. I think every university must have at least 35% of the staff Ph.D.qualified or must have some strict criteria of hiring teachers. Teachers nowadays take their jobs for granted and don't really know the latest technology.
