Although Celsius is based in New Jersey, the relevant ldquoTerms of Userdquo applicable to the Custody Accounts are governed by the laws of the state of New York. The latest version of those terms became effective on April 14, 2022, just two months prior to Celsiusrsquo halting of withdrawals.
