I am Rakhee Choudhary, and I’ve dedicated my life to supporting individuals in their journey away from addiction. As a passionate and empathetic facilitator at the Nasha Mukti Kendra in Mohali, I work alongside a multidisciplinary team to guide patients toward healing and rediscovery.
My role involves:
????️ One-on-One Counseling: Offering safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to share their struggles and aspirations.
✅ Custom Recovery Plans: Designing structured treatment paths that include psychological therapy, holistic practices like yoga, and skill-building activities.
???????????? Family Integration: Leading family sessions to rebuild communication, trust, and mutual support.
???? Wellness Programs: Encouraging mindfulness, meditation, and daily exercises to address emotional balance and prevent relapse.
I believe that addiction doesn’t define a person—it’s a challenge they can overcome with the right support. Every day, I am inspired by the courage of those who walk through our doors, and feel honored to help them rebuild their lives with dignity and strength.
