Whenever I try to transfer or delete data files from one local disk to another, it prompts me to provide administrative permission. This was not the case earlier, and I was able to transfer and delete files without such permissions.
  Question: Does anyone know how to remove the need for administrative permission permanently? I want to be able to transfer and delete files easily without being asked for administrative permission every time.
