This program involves developing coping skills and action plans to attain and maintain sobriety, educational lectures on addiction and mental health issues, group therapy, support for traditional 12-step programs, and various evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, rational emotive behavior therapy, mindfulness, boundaries and codependency, grief work, dual diagnosis treatment, motivational interviewing, and anger and crisis management.
