Desperate to hear any updates / experiences with FootHaven based on recent purchases (Nov/Dec24).

Hoping someone out there has been able to secure a refund!

My story:

Ordered 25 Nov, received shoes 22 Dec.

Comms with Birkenstock Aus confirming shoes are fake and their legal team are aware of FootHaven, and working actively to shut them down.

Comms with FootHaven, shipped shoes back to their warehouse 23 Dec, delivered 30 Dec.

Comms with Afterpay, they have received request to refund but can’t release $ until FootHaven confirm.

Comms with FootHaven stop, no contact from them since 27 Dec

Lodged complaint with ACCC.

A lot of us have bought Birkenstocks from foothaven.com.au and the shoes are either counterfeit or haven’t even been delivered at all.

The FootHaven website has since shut down (which was inevitable considering their fraudulent antics) however prior to the website going down I made sure to PDF their Refund and Shipping Policies so I can have something to take to my bank to dispute the charges.

I’ve sent these off to my bank to give solid evidence FootHaven breached both the shipping and refund policies along with the correspondence I’ve had FootHaven requesting a refund.
