What is that supposed to mean? He has no idea that he is the court painter of Movie Explained, who was sent to Earth on an important mission on behalf of the princess. Finally, his country's defense minister is planning an invasion: in order to supply the kingdom with the urgently needed doodling energy, the children should be forced to doodle. The less productive parents, on the other hand, should be eliminated. Clearly this has to be prevented somehow. And so Shin Chan receives a magic pen that can make drawings real. But time is running out, the army has already arrived and is starting to enslave all the children...
