Our mission is to transform the valve industry by prioritizing the critical factors that influence valve reliability—especially sealing performance. While large-scale machining is no longer a major challenge in China’s valve sector, we focus on the mechanical behavior of non-metallic materials, innovative coating technologies for sealing components, and the fundamental friction and wear mechanisms that often limit valve performance.
Our expert team, comprising nuclear-grade sealing engineers, valve specialists, materials scientists, and electromechanical engineers, merges academic research with practical industry experience. Collaborations with prestigious institutions—including Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Friction Laboratory, Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and Shanghai Institute of Ceramics—have driven breakthroughs in low-leakage graphite sealing and the systematic resolution of sealing failures.
With nearly 500 valve products tested—from gate and globe valves to ball valves—under extreme conditions ranging from -196°C to 400°C and pressures up to Class 2500 LB, Magpie Valve meets and exceeds rigorous international standards. We hold multiple industry certifications such as API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-LUFT, and ISO 15848-1 CC3, setting new benchmarks in reliability, safety, and innovation across the valve manufacturing sector.
