- À propos de moi I am a registered social worker who provides therapeutic interventions. I have over 15 years of professional experience supporting individuals with a variety of mental health and wellness needs. Your mind and body are connected. How you think impacts how you feel. I believe that effective therapy treats the whole person – mind, body and soul. My goal is to promote psychological well-being and growth by creating a safe and trusting environment for individuals and couples to explore life stressors.
