Tadalafil can cause gastrointestinal side effects such as indigestion, acid reflux, or abdominal discomfort, which may aggravate pre-existing ulcer conditions. Although the drug doesn’t directly cause ulcers, it can irritate the stomach lining, especially in those already prone to gastrointestinal issues.
Men with ulcers who are taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or blood thinners are at higher risk of complications when combining these with Tadalafil, as it may increase the chance of gastric bleeding or ulcer irritation.
